ESG Strategy
Based on our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) practices, we implement several initiatives in order to ensure that our operations and services are sustainable, generating a positive impact in the communities where we operate and protecting the environment.
Materiality Assessment
In 2021, we carried out our first materiality
assessment aiming to determine the material issues we
must report, as well as identifying trends, risks and
opportunities. We followed the same methodology of a
specialized external consultant, as well as the
recommendations of the Global Reporting Initiative to
obtain comparable results and address areas of
opportunity. Thus, we identified relevant issues
through a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the
maturity of the sector, the industry and the social
risk.
During 2022 we will carry out the supplement of this
analysis by presenting the material issues to our
priority stakeholders in order to obtain their
feedback and meet their expectations, as well as to
validate the material aspects. Therefore, we will be
able to identify risks, opportunities, performance
indicators and strategic goals regarding the impact we
have within the telecommunications industry.
